Closing the Gap of Contradiction - Between What You Want to Do and What You Are Doing

Every week, my sweet friend Sandra provides me with her already read People magazine, I know that sometime over the next day or two, I'm going to set aside 20 minutes to read and just be me! What naturally happens because I give myself this wonderful time to just be me, a Soul discovery happens.

This week's discovery is thanks to Sandra, magazine, and Andre Agassi.

I was reading about his new book. This line jumped out at me from the page, "I keep begging myself to stop, and I keep playing, and this gap, this contradiction between what I want to do and what I actually do..."

Another way to put what Agassi is trying to say here is transition. This is the period of time where you are working out the want and the doing. This tip is directed toward the gap of contradiction.

This tip is to help you determine why you are not taking action on the desires of your Soul (the wants). A good sign that you are not living Soulfully, is that you are unhappy, not getting what you desire, and feel unsatisfied.

1. Determining the WHAT
This week I asked a client: "Do you know what your Soul wants?" The answer I received really puzzled me. She said that she didn't understand the question. You might not know what you truly desire. You might have a sense of what you don't want so we are going to start there. Write down four things in your life currently that you would like to release. For example: I don't want to be living hand to mouth. Now, change those negatives to positive sentences. I desire a flow of money and abundance.

2. Enforcing those WHATS
Take those four examples and write down what you are doing to enforce those new positive attitudes. Having trouble? Are you seeing the contradiction, see the GAP? If you are doing things, having thoughts, making steps to enforce your new attitudes, great! Your next step is to keep rocking!

3. Closing the Gap of Contradiction
Just take one of those new attitudes and settle into your Soul and ask how you release the contradiction. You could close the Gap by spending a moment each day in gratitude or by spending some time each day dancing. DO NOT judge the information from your Soul, it is profound and powerful.

Hello, My Name Is...

Whenever I go to a workshop or a networking event and they ask me to fill out that name tag that says, "Hello, My Name is...," I cringe. By lunchtime that name tag will have moved from my shirt to inside my purse.

Why do I dislike the name badge so much? It really doesn't tell you a lot about who I am, what I do and what my purpose is here in life. Erin Saxton and I the other night were discussing our one-liner, or elevator speech. Erin is an amazing human being and a cracker-jack public relations professional. If you don't know her yet, you want to.

She asked me how I do my elevator speech. I told her that it’s simple, I let my Soul Languages do it for me. Then I helped her create hers.

Erin is a Master Mentor with Mind and Spirit. She said that really resonated with her. Of course, because her Soul Languages are Master (Axiom of Translation), Mentor (Axiom of Quest) and Intellect (Tone).

You too can create a one-liner that states to everyone who you are. Here's how to craft it:

  • Determine three words that describe each of your Languages. For example: if your Axiom of Quest is Matriarch, some words to describe that Language are: leader, CEO, or Principal. If your Axiom of Translation is Pleasure Seeker, some words to describe that Language include: joyful, bliss, pleasure. If your Tone is Conductor you can describe that Language with: Highlights, Bring to Light, Shine.
  • Now arrange those words into a one-liner that resonates with you. An example for the above Languages is: Leader Who Highlights Joy or CEO Who Brings to Light the Ability to be Blissful.
  • How does it feel when you say your one-liner? Great, right?

You can start to use these words and the one-liner in your business materials. Now when I go to a workshop or networking event, instead of “Jennifer Urezzio” I write: A Teacher of Integrity, Balance and Grace. That feels amazing to say, be and live!

Learn the Keys of Grace to Create Time

Time is a human invention. The Universe doesn't see time as we do. To the Universe, time is circular—like the band of gold in this Keys of Grace affirmation card.

Often we can get caught up in our own conception of time. Some of us live in the past, others live in the future, but miracles are happening here in the present. We have constructed these illusions about time and we can deconstruct them.

This affirmation card is about choosing your own time. Do you live in the past or the future and forget about the present? Most of us wear time like this band around our finger, instead of seeing the unlimited possibilities.

The key is to understand what is preventing you from seeing that time is unlimited. Feel the answer within you. Once you understand that time is without limits, you will be in full bloom like the canopy of the tree in this Key of Grace card.

Try repeating the affirmation on this card, which is both simple and profound: "I have time in my Universe."

Edward Abbey put it beautifully: "We are preoccupied with time. If we could learn to love space as deeply as we are now obsessed with time, we might discover a new meaning in the phrase to live like men."

Here's the chance to discover a new meaning of time for yourself.

Your Soul Is There for You 24/7

I've been trying to consciously listen to the messages of Divine Intelligence. Recently, while listening to one of my mentors speak during a class she was teaching, I heard her say, "Your Soul is there for you 24/7." That thought was so profound to me. I wondered, where am I shutting off access to my Soul? It can be overwhelming to people to understand the concept that you are loved and supported 24/7. Take an entire minute to look around and notice the love and support. For this minute, don't focus on what you want to change. Focus on what has already been provided to you.

Impressed? I am! You can build on that love and support by accepting your value, then you will start receiving more.

One of the main ways people block receiving is via money. I have heard from several members in the Soul Language Community that they feel pressure when receiving money while doing the work of their Soul. Here are some of their comments:

Does it always need to be about the money?

How can I ask for money for something that comes so easy to me?

I don't want to sell anyone anything.

It's not about the MONEY. Once again, it's not about the MONEY! It's about receiving support. Receiving compensation for the talents of your Soul is one way the Universe can physically love and support you, and you get to decide what that compensation looks like.

When you feel unsupported, unloved, without trust, confused, unhappy, or lost—that’s the time to create that conscious connection between yourself and your Soul. When a store is open 24/7, they don’t call it a convenience store by accident.

Do You Feel You Are Not Enough?

The Soul Language community is growing on a daily basis. What I hear again and again in one way or another from even the most amazing leaders in their fields is “I'm not enough.”

It is amazing how many ways we are programmed not to shine. One of the ways we use to turn down our lights is judgment. An associate said to me this week, "I don't judge others, I'm just hard on myself."

My reaction was immediate: “so you just continually hurt the most important person in your life, yourself?” If you are always judging yourself as not good enough, and your word is law (Law of Attraction), then you will never receive enough.

What does the world get out of you dimming any part of your light or talent? Nothing. What are you receiving? Not what you want.

Another client said recently, after she started receiving the life she wanted—expansion in her business, supportive relationships, fun and the right kind of men knocking down her door—that she was afraid. Of what? She was afraid "that it all could be that easy!" But it can.

She got there because she was able to more fully utilize her Soul and release the limiting beliefs that were in the way of her receiving what she desired.

In order to receive all of want you want you must feel in every cell your value and the truth: you deserve it. The first step is of course to release judgment.

The next step is to collaborate with your Soul Languages and your body to feel your value from head to toe. So are you ready?

Let's do an exercise to get you started. Take a deep breathe and focus on your tailbone. Now ask Divine Intelligence and your Soul to show you in your body what your value feels like.

Feels great! What can you do and create from this place?

3 Ways to Be Self-Aware

Taking care of yourself is the easiest way to unconditionally love yourself. Being self-aware and in alignment helps you create instant manifestation. So here's to taking care of YOU!

1. Eat, drink and be merry Respect your body by giving it all that it needs. That means eating the right foods that help mind, body and spirit.

2. Feed the Soul Each day do something that feeds your Soul. Don't know what feeds your Soul? Take a moment and connect with your Axiom of Quest and simply ask what is the one thing you can do each day to feed your spirit. Don't know your Axiom of Quest yet? Simply set the intention to connect with that part of you and ask the question above.

3. Spend time with the ones you love Set aside time for you to spend with friends that make you laugh until you cry. Laughter is good for both the Soul and the body. Plus, being around all of that positive energy will allow you to make choices that support your desires.

Are You Completing Your Story Before It Even Begins?

I was sitting at a coffee shop in Morristown. At least once a week you will find me in one of the several coffee shops we have around town, because I find that just leaving the house gives the Universe a number of ways to send you messages. As I sat there drinking my coffee, a message for me pulled up in a red minivan.

A man was trying to park it in a space half the size of the vehicle. I looked up and dismissed him as being plain and of no interest (oh yes, that is a judgment). It took him a couple of minutes to move the van into place and when I looked up again, he was just walking around the front of the car and I had to work hard to keep a straight face.

This was no plain man, ladies and gentlemen. He was dressed in a white zoot suit with red shoes and a red and white hat to match. He looked like he had just stepped out of a 1930s gangster movie with all the class, style and grace.

This tall, lanky man, looking as if he were on his way to a swing dance, started me thinking. How often do we complete the story of what's going to happen to us before we have all the information? How often do we judge who will win the race before it has even started?

I believe that these judgments of how things are going to turn out, so often negative and self-destructive, come from a lack of trust in ourselves that we are worthy to receive what we desire and deserve. The question is, who are you not trusting: yourself, others, the universe? How do you create that trust inside yourself so that what you desire starts to materialize in your life?

Over the last couple of months, I have been playing with trust. In other words, I have been testing the Universe, myself and others. Here's what I have learned: testing is not trusting. Testing is not allowing yourself to receive. When I felt my value, let go of judgment, and trusted that what I have to offer is of value to the world, that is when I started to be open to what the Universe has to offer me.

What were some of the physical manifestation of my trusting? I found people to help me take what I do to the next level. I also found the freedom to make some choices to participate in workshops to expand myself and stopped worrying. The release of worry is life changing—I lost weight and I both look and feel younger.

I suggest that you notice where you are testing and not trusting. Then I want you to PAUSE and determine what you get to let go of so you can choose trust.

3 Ways to Accept Your Talent

Can you look in the mirror and see your talent, your body and your Soul? If the answer is no, now is the time to see your Soul!

1. It's easy

Often we miss our talent because we have a belief that it has to be hard. What comes easy to you? Teaching others how to create that conscious connection with their Soul comes easy to me. My talent is to help you to understand your Soul. I know that helping you have more impact and accept your value is priceless. Determine what comes easy to you and accept your value. We all deserve to be compensated for our talents.

2. You have the right!

You don't need anyone's permission to be your Soulful, talented self. Let go of the need for validation. See where this need for validation is stopping you from receiving what you have been asking for.

3. Play with your people

In truth, when you accept your talents, not all of your current relationships will be able to keep up with you. That's OK! You will find new friends, clients and associates to play with. These people will want and need your Soul's gifts. They will also have gifts that you will desire to play with as well.

What Can Accepting Your Success Do For You?

It has been almost a week since the first Success Support Program group class and what is happening in the community is astounding.

The individuals that speak the Language of the Matriarch as a group seem to be really coming out of hiding. One Matriarch has started her own online community for leaders, while another is expressing her wants and desires fully and clearly.

What is happening across the board for the group, is that each member is receiving the opportunity to accept who they are and start receiving.

What has accepting my success done for me? I created a program that over 30 people are part of, my business is expanding and I propel out of bed every morning excited.

So what can accepting success do for you? For a minute, I want you to imagine what that feels like for you. It feels great doesn't it.

Now ask yourself what talents do you have in your Soul that will allow you to accept your success. One last question, what additional tools to you need to start living that success?

Set the intention to receive all of the tools you need to start living your success.

Interested in understanding more about your Soul, join the free class on October 13th at 7:00 p.m. (eastern) by clicking here.

Missing Your Community Because You Are Focusing On Getting It Right

I read an interesting line in a book the other day (it was a mystery; I don't read anything but fiction), "...I was so focused on getting it right, that I wasn't paying attention to my feelings...."

I stopped and grabbed a pen and paper. I had to write it down. What I noticed about certain Soul Languages (Image Maker, Teacher of Integrity, Arranger, Mortar Maker) is that they can be so focused on getting everything so perfect that their community has drifted off or they are unable to receive their community.

What do feelings have to do with this? Plenty! Recently, I attended an amazing event held by Christine Clifton called Move Your Power! One of her handouts included a list of emotions.

If you are experiencing fear, anger, disappointment, exhaustion, depression (to name a few) when creating a program, package, a relationship, or a partnership, well this is a sign that you are out of alignment with what you are creating. As a leader or a leader in training, if you are worried, concern, anxious about being perfect, you will miss connecting and speaking to your community. A leader without a community is like a fish out of water.

How do you get back in your zone? You need to understand what your zone feels like. I work with the members of my community to show them using their Soul Languages, how to place their body in a feeling of working consciously and without doubt. What does that feel like? Well to me, it feels like driving with the top down on a sunny September day. A sense of freedom, of lightness, of abundance, of knowing (and here's the important part) and acting who you are.

In order for you to receive your community (or build your community), it is important you don't use perfection as an excuse to hide from them. We will be discussing this topic further, during the Success Support Membership Program.

3 Ways to Lead Your Community

As a leader of a community (or a leader in training), you need to understand:
  • your commitment to your community
  • your goal for yourself in this community
  • the purpose of the community
  • what tools you are providing to your community
  • where you need your own support from outside the community
Put it in Writing
It is important that both you and your community know your commitment to the group, so take the time to place this commitment in writing. Most of us don't write it down because we are afraid of responsibility. When you write it down you are saying, this is what my intentions are and I am accepting that power in myself to lead.

Find the Common Purpose
Take a moment to be still and ask Soul what is the common purpose of your community. Then select a couple of community members and ask the same question. This is so you can see and understand how you and your community views your common purpose.

Act the Leader
One of the most important aspects of leading is understanding when you need outside input in regards to your community. Leaders can sometimes feel as if they cannot be vulnerable or feel the need to know everything about everything. That is not leading; that is called a dictatorship. Each day ask what you need as a leader for yourself and for your community.

If you are a leader or a leader in training, the Success Support Program will provide you with tools to: find your community, support your community and feel the support you desire.

Are You Asking Yourself Where Is My Community?

The clinch is true, no man is an island. We, especially leaders or leaders in training, wrestle with the desire to be an individual and have a community or tribe. If you are a leader or a leader in training there is an intense desire within you to:
  • know and have a community or tribe
  • to help give this community or tribe the tools to accomplish what they desire
  • to feel supported (financially, spiritual, mentally and emotionally) while being the leader of this community or tribe
  • to be recognize for your individualism
There are several Soul Languages that leadership is within their Soul DNA. A couple of these Languages that include leadership in their Soul Language definition are: Matriarch/Patriarch, Conductor, Sovereign, and Sheppard.

If your Soul is one that yearns for a community and you don't understand how to go about generating that community or tribe, read on!

Recently, I was speaking with a Matriarch (Soul Language category dealing with mission) and she was expressing how she understood this leadership talent within her Soul and yet, was frustrated that her community was no way to be found. My next question to her was a simple one: "How many people follow you on Twitter?" The answer is: 1,100. That's more individuals that were in my high school. So that brings us to strategy to seeking your community.

Your Community Is Right In Front Of You
I'm all for intention, focusing and asking the Universe exactly what you want. You have to understand that sometimes, even if you are thinking you are being clear to the Universe, the Universe might not see it the same way.

My suggestion is to make a list of all the individuals you know and write down the three things they all have in common. Is the common theme with these individuals something you have already master (leader)? Is it a theme that you are currently mastering (leader in training)? Did you notice a theme about your community that you were unaware of?

During a session with an individual who speaks the Soul Language of Sovereign (Soul Language category dealing with personality), we were discussing her career and her desire to connect with her community. She was mentioning that the current reporting, she is an on-air fashion expert, wasn't meaty enough for her. She has an desire to help others transform their lives and the reporting was too surface for her. I remarked that this material seemed to be starving her emotionally, spiritual, mentally, and physically (financially). We discussed ways to begin to connect with to her community with material that she could really sink her teeth into. That brings us to another strategy in seeking your community or tribe.

Don't Water Down Your Passion
Be passionate about what you are providing. Think of passion as a tool to clear paths, blocks and restrictions. Often we can make our lives more complicated then they need to be. If you have lost site of your passion, we will be discussing how to keep passion on track during a group class in the on-going Know Soul's Language Success Support Program.

Above are just some of the strategies for creating or generating your community. Remember, this community or tribe search can be an easy fluid process or it can be a process of struggle, that decision is up to you.

There are several Soul Languages that are geared towards leadership, one of these is the Matriarch/Patriarch Soul Language.

Learn The Keys of Grace and Liberate Your Emotion

This past week I was speaking with a friend, who was experiencing some feelings of anger and she was looking for an answer on what to do about these feelings. She picked up The Keys of Grace affirmation cards and selected The Child Queen (see visual). This card's focusing words are: Liberate Your Emotion. What I love about using a tool like this is, if you are having trouble hearing that inner wisdom, it allows you to tap into it with a flip of the cards.

Often we will use the tool of anger when we don't fully understand something in our lives. Ask yourself, what situation you do you not understand fully and what emotion are you using to process that situation (anger, sadness, frustration)?

Free (or liberate) your emotion. No queen or king can move forward with the weight of anger or self-loathing. The moment your child understands that anger is not the answer, but a symptom of the pain, that is the moment of your coronation.

The affirmation for this card is: I AM AT PEACE. Isn't it time that you moved towards peace and away from anger.

I believe that Marshall B. Rosenberg said it with elegance, "At the core of all anger is a need that is not being fulfilled."

Here's to fulfilling your need. The Keys of Grace affirmation deck can be purchased by clicking here.

How Do You Know Who You Are?

In The Keys of Grace cards, one of the visuals that was giving me the most trouble explaining the visual to Caren was the card The Magdalene. One day, I walked into Caren's art studio and there on her painting easel was a painting that was so beautiful that I knew it was the visual for The Magdalene. It was Caren's self portrait. The painting fit so beautiful with the meaning of this card which is all about understanding and accepting who you are. This card is about loving every aspect of you. The focusing words for the card is: Accepting Power. Where are you not accepting the power of YOU?

Today, is the day you can start loving yourself more by accepting YOU. I suggest you saying the affirmation on this card aloud: I know who I am.

According to Yoda, there is "only what you take with you." So today, take the power of you along for the ride.

If you are interested in tapping into your inner wisdom a perfect tool is The Keys of Grace affirmation deck. You can pre-order a copy here.

Finding Your Support -- How JetBlue Loosing My Luggage Taught Me About Support

An ex-boyfriend and I use to have the same argument again and again. It went a little like this:

Jennifer: "I feel like you don't support me."
Ex-boyfriend: "I support you by..." (and then he would list all the ways he felt he supported me).

What I didn't realize then was, we were both right. This concept of feeling support in relationships is a funny thing. Mainly, because support means different things to different people. What I find so interesting about the feeling of being unsupported, is that feeling will seep into every aspect of your life.

This was very apparent on Saturday. As I sat at Westchester Airport, no luggage in hand and looking at the empty baggage belt. Besides wondering where my luggage with all my favorite bits and pieces was, I was wondering how I can change from feeling unsupported to supported. I understood, if I was going to to Unsupported Town because of lost luggage well...

I know that every experience is a chance for me to learn to be more consciously in my soul and become more part of the Universal flow. That's when the words support beam popped into my head.

A support beam is a beam that is supported at each end, and the load is then distributed along its length. If you remove it, the wall or building falls down. I believe this is how we view support in our lives; especially in relationships. Relationships can't be your support beam. You need to be your own beam. You need to find what will help you distribute the load. Once you embrace this concept, what happens is relationships will strengthen that beam. Sort of like the nails in your beam of support.

With this new understanding of support, I asked myself what beliefs were at each end of my beam to distribute this load. Below is the exercise I created in order to create my new beam of support.

Please note that you will need a pen and paper. Sit in a comfortable chair and let your awareness focus on your tailbone. Take a deep breath and ask yourself the following question:

What is a belief that keeps your support beam standing?

What was your answer? The answer that I received to this question was: courage. This of course, fits nicely with my Soul Language the Graceful Warrior.

When you are starting to feel unsupported, that is the time to settle and feel that supportive belief.

3 Ways to Accept Where YOU Are

One of the things that participants will learn during the Success Support Program is how to understand all of the 107 Soul Languages. Why would you want to know about another's Soul Language? Well, so you don't take things personally, so you can learn new skills, and to help you to feel that you are part of everything and everything is a part of YOU. I was able to access what I know about the Soul Language the Sextant for this tip. Again, you can learn more about the Sextant and Laura West below.

1. See How Far You Have Come?
Often when we feel lost, we forget how far we have come prior to this point. Today, break out the color pencils and create a beautiful map on how far you have come in your life. Make sure that you list all of your highlights, accomplishments and greatest. Taking the time to celebrate each win as you draw it on your map.

2. Where Do You Want to Go?
Do you feel lost because you are not sure where you want to go? Today, set the intention to receive just one new direction that you would like to travel in. Do not worry about how this knowledge will reveal itself to you, just set the intention and watch what happens.

3. Joyfully Step Ahead
Tomorrow, when you get out of bed and take your first 15 steps, take them with JOY. With each step state aloud, "I joyfully walk my path."

You are Supported and Loved in Transition

The Keys of Grace Affirmation cards are a tool for you to connect with guidance easily. I fine them useful if I'm feeling I need a little reassurance or I'm not sure what's my next step. I love when I pull the The Gargoyle card. First, I love his friendly face and I know that even if it doesn't feel like it I'm being guided through my transition.

Each card has a focusing word and transition is The Gargoyle's. This card is about being protected and supported as you move from something smaller to something bigger. Another way to say that is that you are safe as you expand and accept your greatness.

The affirmation for this card, always fills me with a warm feeling -- I Am Being Guided By Love and Support. Set the intention over the next week that you witness how you are being loved and support.

According to, David Hawkins, "That which you resist stays." I think that is important to remember during transition times.

If you are interested in having your own Keys of Grace deck, please pre-order the deck by clicking here.

I Am Safe to Change

The Keys of Grace Affirmation deck is an easy to use tool that helps you feel more connected to Spirit, your soul and the Universe. As humans, we search for answers and direction. All you need is inside of you and yet sometimes it is difficult to hear, understand or feel that information – that’s where The Keys of Grace can help. Hearing what your Soul and the Universe wants to say to you, is as easy as selecting a card.

This week's card is called The Statue. Each card contains an affirmation and a focusing word. The Statue's focusing word is: Resistance.

A statue is a three dimensional image that has been sculpted, modeled, cast or carved. Once carved, it is forever frozen, holding that one pose. Unlike a statue, it is in our highest interest to keep moving and expanding. If you chose this card, determine if there is a situation in which you are, like the statue and unable to move. Are you not moving because of resistance to change? Have you been trying to fit a mold of how others “see” you? Resistance to change only slows down the process, it does not make it stop. Look closely at the card, even if the statue is not moving, the world around her is... The clouds in the sky, the seasons shown in the trees, even the dove seems to be moving its head. If you release the struggle with change, the resolution will come more easily and quickly. Take a moment to see yourself without struggle and then look at the card again. Can you see how peaceful the statue now looks? Can you see the pride, triumph and readiness of the woman on the pedestal? She has made it to the top and has let go of the resistance, and now knows that the key to whatever she desired was, and is, always around her.

Interested in moving from resistance to something more powerful? Utilize the affirmation of this card: I am safe to change.

I think Ron Rathbun said it beautifully, "Many times people stay in places they don't like because they are afraid to move. Staying in the same place because of fear and apprehension is like living on a hamster wheel. Step off the hamster wheel by flowing with the changes in your life. Be it a mental or physical change, flow with it."

Creating Your Relationship with the Divine

In therapy, you usually spend a huge amount of time re-framing your foundation relationship -- the relationship between you and your parents.

I believe this foundation relationship is not only how you will create your relationships throughout your life but also your relationship with the Divine. Working to re-frame, forgive and re-create this foundation relationship will bring you closer to the Divine. How do I know this? I have been there. Sometimes this recreation and forgiveness process is easy and sometimes it is not. You can move from hard to easy by a willingness to let go of resistance.

So the question is: what do you believe that you are missing from your foundation relationship that you are reliving in your relationship with the Divine? For example: if you feel unsupported by your foundation relationship, how are you carrying over this feeling to your interaction with the Divine? How has this experience disoriented and not allowed you to see the truth of how the Divine really supports you?

Now, the real question is: how can you add something new into your relationship with the Divine? I believe the first step is to understand that the Divine can and will provide you with what you need always. The Divine has unlimited power. The Divine doesn't have beliefs, misalignments, expectations or perceptions that can cause struggle and pain in relationships.

Start off small with your "new" relationship with the Divine. I'm not saying to test your relationship with the Divine, but I am suggesting that you build trust. Remember also to be an active listener in this new relationship with the Divine and don't hold your feelings back -- Express yourself. Don't worry, the Divine can take it and will always love you know matter what!

3 Ways to Strength

We all have different concepts of what courage is. Recently, I was reading a book and there was a discussion between two characters about fear. One character told the other that having no fear just makes you stupid; you are courage and full of strength when you have fear and face it.
1. Define Strength
What is your definition of the word strength? If you don't know, now is the time to define what you consider strength.

2. How Does Your Definition Apply To You
Now take a minute to write down five things about yourself that fit your definition of strength. Congratulate yourself for walking y our talk.

3. Expansion
Take an area where you would like to show more strength. Now, focus on your tailbone and take a deep breath and ask yourself what is the one thing you can start doing today to build that area. Then, go out and just do it!
