It's spring (but felt more like summer) this week on the East coast and everything in my life is growing. Now, it's about keeping motivated. I am tapping into the Axiom of Translation of the Motivator for this week's tip. These individuals will be known here as incentive givers
Whether you are starting a new project or setting your intentions on transformation, it is important to be and stay motivated.
1. Be An Apple - Stop trying to be an orange when you are a beautiful apple. In other words, don't compare yourself to others. When you find yourself comparing yourself to others, STOP and list all of the reasons why you are amazing.
2. Send Yourself a Letter - At the start of a project or a new level of your transformational process, write yourself a letter and mail it to yourself. Include in your letter inspirational quotes, a power statement, or something that will make you laugh.
3. Pick Up The Phone - If you are feeling stuck or in limbo, pick up the phone. Often a supportive friend or colleague can say something that will instantly get you moving.

3 Ways to Use Your Ego
I like Ego, yes sir Ego is action. In order to live without struggle you want to utilize soul to drive ego, not the other way around. So here are three ways to get started.1. Set Intention - Each day set the intention to be guided by your Soul and to utilize your ego to carry out your Soul's desire. 2. Stop Playing Mind "Mad Libs" - Your mind loves to fill in empty spaces. Normally, the mind will fill the blank with the worst case scenario, so stop filling in the blanks.
3. Lose Control - Let go! I know that I sound like a broken record. There's always more to let go of and more to love. So, let go and love.

3 Ways to Dream Big
Your Soul doesn't do small! Your Soul is full of dazzle, beauty, love and power. Why settle for anything else?
1. Where are you small? - Write down where you feel small and why? Now, change all of those words in your writing that are "small" words to those that are BIG. Read your power paragraph every day.
2. Who are you hanging out with? - What are your friends saying? Do they play it small? Like attracts like. Set the intention to attract one new individual that is "living their dreams."
3. Feel the essence? - Where in your life is your Soul and your physical world not measuring up? Does the way you dress add to your powerful self? Are you creating the business you want or are you following the industry standards? Put on a piece of music that inspires you and look around your environment and select one thing to transform that is a reflection of your DREAM.

Slumdog Millionaire, a Graceful Warrior
The movie Slumdog Millionaire sat in my apartment for over a week. I would causally move it from the living room to the office to the bedroom. Each time I would go to watch the movie, I would hear guidance say, "Not yet."
When I finally placed the movie in the DVD player and began to watch, I was amazed. There moving across the screen in every action of the main character was a Graceful Warrior. As you know, this is my Soul Language called Tone (the Soul Language dealing with personality).
What made Jamal (the main character), a Graceful Warrior? Jamal choose a path and selected a side. With quiet strength and because he understood what mattered to him, he became a champion without violence. He was able to see his providence and the courage of truth and faith allowed him to succeed when most people would consider it impossible.
Often we believe that we need to "fight" a situation, an old pattern, or an individual in order for our destiny to be fulfilled. What would happen if you stopped fighting and started accepting? What decisions would you make differently if you didn't feel or believe that your survival was in jeopardy? What would happen to your life if the struggle was removed?
I suggest that you take one area of your life and stop fighting. Let go and know that you are being supported. Let the faith and courage of you, be your sword, as it is mine.

3 Ways to Trust
Often we have a picture of how we "think" everything is suppose to turn out and this limits us to being able to "see" the action steps to receiving what we desire. Often our mind fills in the blanks as a way of supposedly keeping us safe. This is a false sense of security. The answer to creating a new pattern is simple and complex -- TRUST.
1. What filter are you using? - Often we have filters in place that prevent us from trusting and receiving. A common filter is not speaking your truth because you are afraid of losing something. Try this exercise in TRUST. In one situation don't use the filter, and speak your truth. Notice how freeing and powerful it feels.
2. Where are you putting your energy? - It takes a lot more energy and time to be in fear then it does to be in joy. Write down the situations of things or people that you don't trust. Ask yourself why? Now, ask yourself what you need to let go of in order (and if it is appropriate) to trust that situation. Then simply say "I let go of..."
3. Who is controlling who? - Most of the time we don't trust in something because that makes us feel as if we aren't in control of the situation. Take one situation today and simply let go of control and trust that it will all work out for the greatest good of all (remember you are included in the all).

3 Ways to Be YOU!
I have been busy. Doing what you ask? Being me and being me in a BIG WAY! Here are my tips to get you back to being you.
1. Stop Moving in Circles - Take a situation that you are going through, where you feel like you are moving in circles. Take a deep breath and ask yourself which way you would go if you didn't care what other people think! Now, take one step in that direction.
2. What Are You Expecting - We all bring something to the situation. So what are you bringing to the situation that isn't in alignment with who you are? What can you realign to bring something new?
3. Who Are You? - Most of us are under the impression that we don't know "who we are." This is untrue. Make a list of all your likes, wants, needs, desires, passions, thoughts, dreams, preferences, characteristics, etc. This is who you are.

3 Ways to Rewrite the Past
Who are you being? Are you being the past you, the future you, or the present you? Miracles happen in the present. In the now! A key to staying present is to be in alignment with the past. This week's tip will help you rewrite some of the past story that has been looping in your head.
1. Direction -- Take a situation from the past that you have been reliving in your head.
2. Observe -- Imagine yourself in a giant movie theater and you are the situation in the front row. The movie you are going to see is this situation from the past. As the movie watcher, you don't have any attachment to the situation or judgement. Anyone who has speaking parts in your movie, must be taken at face value. This means no adding your own commentary or thoughts of what you think they are saying or no reading between the lines.
3. Rewrite -- Take a minute to write down how you would "change" the movie. Think about what your character learned from the experience and what positive impacts the situation had on your development. Now, you get to watch the movie one last time (forever) with your edits and new insight to the experience.
