3 Ways to Rewrite the Past

Who are you being? Are you being the past you, the future you, or the present you? Miracles happen in the present. In the now! A key to staying present is to be in alignment with the past. This week's tip will help you rewrite some of the past story that has been looping in your head.

1. Direction -- Take a situation from the past that you have been reliving in your head.
2. Observe -- Imagine yourself in a giant movie theater and you are the situation in the front row. The movie you are going to see is this situation from the past. As the movie watcher, you don't have any attachment to the situation or judgement. Anyone who has speaking parts in your movie, must be taken at face value. This means no adding your own commentary or thoughts of what you think they are saying or no reading between the lines.
3. Rewrite -- Take a minute to write down how you would "change" the movie. Think about what your character learned from the experience and what positive impacts the situation had on your development. Now, you get to watch the movie one last time (forever) with your edits and new insight to the experience.

What my experience in the Revolutionary War taught me!

I learned something new every day about my Soul Languages. When you bring forth into your consciousness your Soul Languages, it opens up a flood of communication between your conscious mind and your Soul. In fact, understanding my Soul Languages impacts every part of my life. Case and point (photo), is the affirmation deck that I'm working on with the amazing artist, Caren Frost Olmsted. The card is called the Sword Carrier.

So what I learned this week about my Tone, the Graceful Warrior, (the Soul Language category that focuses on personality) once again created a new perspective and shifted additional struggle in my life. For those of you, who see the title Graceful Warrior and identify with it below, are some the of the telltale signs of this Tone:

Positive or consciously (without judgment) using the Language :
· Action oriented
· Constant courage
· The ability to find commonalities in adversary situations
· Compassionate strength

Negative or unconsciously (with judgment) using the Language:
· Always ready for a fight
· The ability to cut someone to the bone
· Non productive aggressive behavior

I often receive Guidance or Divine information in music. One of my favorite pieces of music is the opening titles to the John Adams mini series. So this week when I was taking my walk and listening to this music on my IPod, I had this amazing out of body experience.
As I was walking, I began to limp and I knew I was suddenly on my way home from fighting in the Revolutionary War. My posture became straighter and the feeling within my entire body was pure strength and determination. The determination that I image a runner has during the last leg of a marathon. I knew firmly in that movement, this was the essence of being the Graceful Warrior.

There was no “fight” in my body, just the powerful feeling of knowing that I could and would do anything I wish to do. I imagine this is what Leonidas felt when engaging the limitless Persian army.

So how will I use this new information in my daily life and with my Soul Language clients? We are all one. If I’m living my daily life this way, placing that in the energy field of the world, plus helping my clients to fill the limitless power and courage in them well...

Just take a minute and ground and center yourself. Now set the intention to feel the impact when individuals feel the limitless of power and courage in them. All I have to say is WOW.

3 Ways To Attract Success

Most of you know that my "greatest desire" is success. Success to me is about "results". This will not be a shock to those that know and have worked with me.

I believe that most of us want to achieve something. A lot of us have no idea what that "something" is. For me, that "something" is helping others understand that everything they need is already inside of them.

Do you know your "greatest desire"? Do you know what you want and how to go about achieving it? If you have any doubt answering these questions then this is the day to listen to YOU.

1. No Common Ground -- How do you define success? You know my definition (result), but knowing mine isn't going to help you attract YOUR success. Take a moment and write down all the words success means to you. This exercise will give you a better sense of what you have been truly wanting to attract.

2. Attract Begins Within -- Our attract begins from within. Your thoughts are the focus, the building blocks of creating the beacon that will signal to the world what you desire, what you want, and what you need. According to The Prosperity Bible, you must have "castles in the air before you can have castles on the ground." Take a moment and look at your definition of success. Are these the same words and thoughts you have been stating within you?

3. Conscious Creation -- Ask, request, pray, dream, build, focus, believe, generate, strategize. Do not lament what you do not have. Focus on how you are consciously creating your world. Be aware of how many times a day you focus on the "I am's" of poverty or failure. Remember, I AM is a command for your body and soul. Here are a few others: I am not enough, I am worried about money, I am not making enough. Start using your I AM statements consciously: I am in a recession proof job. I am valuable. I am and deserve to be paid well for my skills.

3 Ways to Spring - Language Tip of the Week

Can you feel it? Your body and soul wanting to come out of hibernation? I can feel the stir of creative energy springing through-out my world. This week's tip is all about capitalizing on that creative force.

3 Ways to Spring:
1. Getting Unstuck -- One of the issues that clients come to me for is that they feel stuck. I have never heard a child say that they feel stuck and don't know how to move. So today, start moving like a kid. Stand up and start wiggling your toes. Continue wiggling and moving like a kid until it hits your nose and there is a smile on your face.
2. Let The Little Things Take Over -- Today you get to wake up and notice all the little things that make your world amazing. From the popping of the crocus to the singing of a bird. Each time you notice a little thing, smile and thank it.
3. Get Creative -- Sometimes, we assume creativity takes a lot of energy and can be hard. I have never heard a tree complain about creating a new shoot or leaf. So today, get creative. Start a new project, take up a hobby, and/or start a garden.
